025 - Bill Counce, QM3 - I am fairly sure that frames 25, 26 and 27 show me docking the launch.
Those frames were made from the ship and I think Randy Kinsley was in the boat with
you when his picture was made. The deck apes challenged Tindall and me saying,
"You guys can steer a ship when somebody is telling you what to do, but you can't
drive a boat on your own." We showed them. We both qualified as coxswains.
